Gurt AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account: email, display name, username, profile photo.
• Content you create: recipes, photos, ingredient lists.
• Camera and photos: images you choose to scan or upload. We process them to extract ingredients or display them in the app.
• Usage: cooking streaks, saved recipes, follows, likes.

How We Use It

To provide the app's features: generate recipes from your ingredients, save your recipes, show you to other users you choose to share with, and let you follow friends.

Third Parties

We use Supabase for backend storage and authentication, and Anthropic's Claude API for recipe generation and image analysis. Photos sent for analysis are processed and not retained by Anthropic beyond the request.

Data Deletion

You can clear your saved recipes in Settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the contact below.

Children

Gurt AI is not directed at children under 13.
